I have been to Colorado during the winter twice.
The first time was from December 1st, 1998 to 19th Jan, 1999
which encapsulates a fair chunk of the snowboarding season. I worked for a friends
Dad at Colorado State University to pay my way and went boarding mainly on the
weekends and the odd weekday. I also went to Vail for a season, working as a liftie during the winter
of 01/02. Liftie work is possibly *the* most boring and unstimulating work in the world. I have a few
stories from there that I will hopefully post when I get time.
