Well, I finally got some pictures back from Gnarloo. We were up there for two weeks at the start of July, 2001. Gnarloo lives up to its reputation, but the crowds get out of control. It really sucks driving that far and having 50 guys in the lineup. There arent many photos of Gnarloo but its easy to see how good it is. That photo bottom left was taken by one of the photogs from Surfing Life, if you were wondering why it looks so good. On the way back we came back via Kalbarri and got a chance to surf jakes. Jakes is one heavy way - be warned! I managed to get some photos of Jakes from the water using a cheap disposable camera and they actually turned out alright!
